A page will display with all the properties for that state/country. Select a city to browse to the properties for a specific city. Then click on the underlined description to open up the detailed listing.

Alternatively, you can use the Quick search in the left column of the Home page. As you choose the search criteria, the results count is instantly displayed. When you have narrowed your search, click on the Display button.

No, you don't need to be a member to browse the property listings. If however you want to save your search results, or save properties to your favorites folder, then you will need to register. There is no charge or membership requirement for looking at property listings on this website.

Optionally an owner may make their phone available to potential buyers.

We encourage owners to participate in our 24-hour Property Hotline. If an owner is a participant of the Hotline, you will see a Hotline icon on their listing page. Call the 800-number and enter the extension for this listing. During the recording, you are instructed to enter your fax number. The owner's documentation is immediately faxed to you.
